Tomorrow is our annual Terry Fox walk at our school.
We spoke a little about Terry today and how we will be having fun tomorrow and remembering how brave Terry was to raise awareness to cancer.

To celebrate and honour this Canadian hero, we will be having a Civvies day tomorrow where we ask the children to wear red and white.

I hope you and your children have a great day for your run. I am always so amazed at how our little ones take Terry to heart and try so hard to be brave like him. I might have even heard some of my sweeties talking to themselves about how Terry didn't complain or give up and neither would they. I was a very proud grade one teacher!
